Building Defects Reports
If you have recently had a house constructed or purchased a property that was constructed in the previous 6 – 7 years then these works should, subject to some exclusions be covered by the builders warranty.
A thorough inspection will identify any defects to the works. You can then make arrangements with the builder to make good the defects.
Our detailed inspections covers all accessible areas and our report will set out all defects identified.
